At Homer Rentals & Services, we strive to provide high-quality advertising and listing services for businesses and individuals in Homer, Alaska. Below is our policy on refunds, disputes, and cancellations.

1. Refund Policy

1.1 Non-Refundable Services

🚫 All advertising packages, featured listings, and membership subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased.
🚫 Refunds are not issued for unused time on active listings or memberships.
🚫 We do not offer refunds for lack of engagement, clicks, or responses to a listing.

1.2 Exceptions & Refund Eligibility

✅ Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:
✔️ Accidental duplicate charges
✔️ Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
✔️ Technical issues preventing a listing from being published

💡 All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase by emailing info@homerrentalsandservices.com with your order details.


2. Dispute Resolution

2.1 Contact Us First

📌 If you experience any issues, please contact our support team first before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

2.2 Chargebacks & Unauthorized Disputes

⚠️ If a chargeback is filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to:

  • Revoke access to any active listings or memberships until the dispute is settled.
  • Permanently ban accounts engaged in fraudulent disputes.

2.3 How to Report a Dispute

To report a dispute, email info@homerrentalsandservices.com with:
📌 Your order number
📌 A description of the issue
📌 Any supporting documentation

📍 Our team will review and respond within 3-5 business days.


3. Subscription Cancellations

💳 Users with recurring memberships can cancel anytime via their account dashboard.
🛑 Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle (no pro-rated refunds).
⚠️ If payment fails for a subscription, premium access may be revoked until payment is resolved.
📩 Upon canceling, users will receive an email confirmation of their cancellation.
